1. What is TOP COPIA?

2. Can I return a product?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it with tags, and in its original packaging during 30 days. Please contact us at info@topcopia.com with your order number, the exact items you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Once we receive your return, please allow 14 business days for it to be processed.
3. What is the restocking fee policy?
All returnable items are subject to a 35% restocking fee within 30 days of the purchasing date, depending on their condition when returned. If you return an item and no longer qualify for free shipping, you will be responsible for paying the original cost of shipping and the return shipping cost.
4. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
5. What items are non-returnable?
Perishable goods, custom products, personalized items, beauty products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
6. What are the shipping costs and delivery schedule?
For continental U.S. deliveries, there is a $9.97 shipping fee on orders totaling $0 - $34.99, and free shipping on orders over $35. For Alaska and Hawaii, shipping charges are based on the weight of the order and method of shipping. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
7. How long does shipping take?
All orders placed by 2pm EST Monday - Friday are shipped out on the same business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day. Delivery times may be delayed based on the holiday schedule.
8. What should I do if my package is lost, stolen, damaged, or missing?
If your package is lost, stolen, damaged, or missing, please report it to us in a timely manner. We will work with the shipping carrier to track and/or file a claim. If the package is confirmed delivered, you must report it to local authorities and provide us with a copy of an official police report for a refund or replacement.

Shipping & Delivery
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
We do our best to ship out orders within 3-5 business days.
Orders placed during peak times such as sales and holidays may take longer to leave our fulfillment center. We also do not ship on Sundays
or major holidays.
Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Most of the time this occurs because a wrong email address is entered, or info@topcopia.com was not added to the safe senders list.
Throughout our order and shipping process, we send 2-3 emails: an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice if tracking is available.

Attention: Custom sets are not refundable after the first 24 hours of ordering. This is custom work made to your wishes and so we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. If you wish to cancel your order, please email info@topcopia.com. within 24 hours of your purchase
Press on nails do not harm your real nails. This is in contrast to other types of fake nails like acrylics that can cause tons of damage if they are left on long enough or not removed properly.
The final verdict is that press on nails are better than acrylics because they are more cost-effective, more time-saving, and don't cause any damage to your natural nails.
It's extremely important to moisturize your hands and especially your cuticles before a press-on nail application.This will ensure the press-on nails can firmly bond to your nail bed, which will make them last much longer.
